Banner Advertising in Emails & Articles
Reach a targeted running market by placing your banner ad in our email announcements. The RRCA sends an email to over 184,000 members on a quarterly basis. Our open rate for these emails is between 28-30%, well above the national average of 15% for nonprofit organizations.
Some limitations may apply based on RRCA sponsor agreements. The rate to place a banner ad in one issue of the email is $2,000. Your banner ad will also be included mid-way through the content of the feature article posted online, placement location will be at the RRCA's discretion.
To commit to an ad placement, email [email protected] to receive an invoice for payment. The banner ad must be included in the commitment email along with the corresponding URL for the ad. The ad must be 728x90 in JPG or GIF format. An approximate date of when the next ClubRunning email will be sent will be provided upon payment of the ad placement (approx 2019 schedule: Feb. 15, April 15, June 15, Aug 15, Oct 15, Dec 15).
Banner Ads in Keeping Pace
The RRCA sends a monthly email about important RRCA announcements to over 35,000 leaders in running clubs and events as well as coaches and runners. Limited opportunities are available to place banner ads in these emails. Some limitations may apply based on RRCA sponsor agreements. The rate to place a banner ad each issue of Keeping Pace email is $1,000 pending approval from RRCA.

The RRCA does not sell advertising space on its website.
