RRCA Training Tips Tuesday and Follow Friday Submission Form

In an effort to improve social media engagement among runners, coaches, and the RRCA, we plan to publish series on one or more RRCA social media accounts highlighting training tips (Training Tips Tuesday) and certified coaches (Follow Friday). Please submit this form to have yourself and your tip(s) considered for publication. Your RRCA Coaching certification(s) must be in Good Standing with valid CPR and First Aid certifications displayed on your RRCA profile and an Individual Coach membership purchased for the current calendar year in order to be considered. Form submission does not guarantee publication.

Each tip should be clear and concise, totaling 2-3 sentences, and may be edited. Tips may be targeted toward a specific runner demographic, such as new runners, those attempting to get faster or go further, experienced runners trying a new distance or pursuing a PR, etc. Portions of this entry may be included in Training Tips Tuesday on the RRCA's social media accounts, if selected for publication.
