Coach Keith Jones

I am a personal trainer, wellness coach, and group fitness instructor at the Bethesda-Chevy Chase YMCA branch. I am committed to improving my own health and wellness to help me achieve a goal of completing 100 triathlons. Our YMCA branch is home to the popular annual Turkey Chase 10K race on Thanksgiving Day. I work with the Turkey Chasers training group doing run training for runners and walk/runners. I also do personal training work with adults training for a variety of race distances, including triathlon training. I believe in setting goals and objectives for runners and implementing an exercise program to help clients achieve these goals.
