69th RRCA National Convention April 8-11, 2027
We invite you to register for the 69th RRCA Convention, which will be held in Austin, TX between April 8-11, 2027 in conjunction with the 50th Annual Statesman Cap10K. Join hundreds of club leaders, race directors, coaches, sponsors, and industry leaders at this fun-filled, educational conference for the running community were we celebrate running, fun, and friends.
Register before March 31st to lock into our $425 registration fee. After April 1 to event date, the cost will be $450. Registrations are transferable for club and event leaders, so get registered early for the most affordable, education-packed, 2-day conference for running community leaders. Coaching Certification Level I and In-Person Level II costs are $475.

Convention App
The RRCA Convention App is the best way to stay up-to-date with the detailed schedule, education program outline, speaker bios, sponsors and much more. Attendees can download the app from Eventify. Attendees will receive an email from Eventify with your access code.
The Convention schedule allows for people to complete the RRCA Coaching Level I Certification Course while participating in networking activities at the RRCA Convention.
Registration fee for this special coaching cohort is $475.
Coaching course participants must attend ALL Coaching Certification sessions built into the RRCA Convention schedule. Failure to attend a cohort session will result in not being able to take the final examination.
Coaching Level I Certification Cohort schedule:
- Session I – Thursday, April 08 – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (includes lunch)
- Session II – Friday, April 9 – 9 AM – 12:00 PM
- Session III – Friday, April 9 – 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Session IV – Saturday, April 10 – 9:00 AM – Noon
Registration includes:

The Level II Coaching Certification program is open to all RRCA Level I Certified Coaches in good standing who have been certified for a minimum of one year. The Level II program is designed for coaches seeking to enhance their knowledge or reinforce concepts learned in Level I.
The RRCA will host a Coaching Level II In-Person session as part of the Convention. We have developed a schedule that will allow you to complete this requirement, which is one of several Coaching Level II Certification requirements while participating in the social and networking activities at the RRCA Convention.
Registration fee for this special coaching cohort is $475.
Level II Coach participants must attend ALL Coaching Level II sessions built into the RRCA Convention schedule. Failure to attend all sessions will result in not being able to include this requirement towards Level II.
