We are excited to host the 65th RRCA Convention, which will be held Chicago, IL between March 23-26, 2023 in conjunction with the Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle. Join hundreds of club leaders, race directors, prospective and current RRCA Certified Coaches, sponsors, and industry leaders at this fun-filled, and educational conference for the running community.

The RRCA will again host a Coaching Level I Certification Cohort as part of the Convention. We have developed a schedule that will allow you to become an RRCA Certified Coach while participating in many activities at the RRCA Convention, especially the social networking events. By registering for this course you will be able to participate in the certification course and the convention activities outlined below.
The registration fee for this special coaching cohort is only $475.
Anyone registering for this coaching course must attend ALL five Coaching Certification sessions built into the RRCA Convention schedule. Failure to attend a cohort session will result in not being able to take the final examination.
Coaching Level I Certification Cohort schedule:
- Session I – Thursday, March 23 – 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (lunch provided)
- Session II – Friday, March 24 – 9 AM – 12:00 PM
- Session III – Friday, March 24 – 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Session IV – Saturday, March 25 – 8 AM – 12:00 PM
- Session V – Saturday, March 25 – 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

To register for the Level I Coaching Certification Cohort, select the REGISTRATION OPTION: 65th RRCA National Convention + Level I Coaching Certification Course. Registrations are non-transferable. See refund policy on the registration page.
The Level II Coaching Certification program is open to all RRCA Level I Certified Coaches in good standing who have been certified for a minimum of one year. The Level II program is designed for coaches seeking to enhance their knowledge or reinforce concepts learned in Level I.
The RRCA will host a Coaching Level II In-Person session as part of the Convention. We have developed a schedule that will allow you to complete this Coaching Level II Certification requirement while participating in several activities at the RRCA Convention, especially the social networking events.
The registration fee for the Coaching Level II In-Person session is only $475. Anyone registering for this session must attend ALL five Coaching Level II sessions built into the RRCA Convention schedule. Failure to attend all sessions will result in not being able to include this requirement towards Level II.
Registration includes the 3 days needed to meet the session requirements, the vendor expo, and other Convention activities and meals. Coaching Level II In-Person participants will receive multiple pre-course emails from instructors with updates and information.
