RRCA Certified Coach

I believe running is achievable for anyone who tries, even if it’s one step or an ultra marathon. It will change your life.
As an osteopathic physician and a Road Runners Club of America certified coach, I strive to support runners on their running journey. Whether you are preparing to get off the couch and get healthier, or even preparing for your 5+ marathon, I want to help you keep running with less injuries and for a long running career.

My Running Story:
I started running at 30 years old during my first year of residency in 2020. Due to COVID, I didn’t have a graduation from medical school where I got to walk across the stage, and I wanted my next graduation to be a bigger deal. I thought running the New York City marathon would show that I could conquer anything and mark the completion of my residency. I started running extremely slow, and I could only run for a minute at a time before needing to walk. A long way to go for completing a marathon. It took me two years to train during my busy residency schedule, but I completed the New York City Marathon in a little over 6 hours.

I believe running is achievable for anyone who tries, even if it’s one step or an ultra marathon.
